SEASIDE MOTEL PROPERTY INFORMATION

• A 10% discount is offered to senior citizens and active military. ID cards are required for this discount to apply. (Applies to Nightly Rentals only.)
• Group rates are offered with bookings of 20 or more rooms (2-night minimum).
• Weekly and monthly rates are offered during some seasons.
• A 3-night minimum stay is required on holidays (must include Friday and Saturday). Two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
• Cancellation is 48 hours prior to arrival.
• A major credit card is required for room securities **
• We accept cash, traveler’s checks and credit cards (no personal checks.
• Checkout is 11:00AM on day of departure. Because of back-to-back bookings, we cannot give late checkouts or early check-ins.
• Must be 18 years of age to rent a room. **
• Pets are allowed (2 per room) but must be kept on a leash. There is a one-time $10.00 pet fee and a $25 deposit for small pets, $50 deposit for large pets. **
• Rates are subject to change without notice. Current tax rate is 13%.

MOTEL ROOMS

King
Room with 1 king-size bed, small refrigerator and microwave. Sleeps up to 2 persons.

Double
Room with 2 double beds, small refrigerator and microwave. Sleeps up to 4 persons.

Triple
Room with 3 double beds. Has small refrigerator and microwave & coffee maker. Sleeps up to 6 persons.

CONDOMINIUMS

1 BEDROOM*
Suite has a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a fold-out futon in the living room; dining room and full kitchen. Sleeps up to 4 persons.

2 Bedroom – 2 Bath*
Suite has a king-size bed in master bedroom, and a fold-out futon in the living room, dining room, full kitchen, and an adjoining bedroom with a double bed and bath. Sleeps up to 6 persons.

3 Bedroom Penthouse
The windows in the dining room, living room, and one bedroom overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The Penthouse has 3 bedrooms…one has a king-size bed and bath, one has 1 queen bed, one has 2 double beds. This 1800 square foot suite also has a second bath, a very large living room (with 2 conversation areas!), a dining room, and a very large fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to 8 persons!
